I also appreciated that there was no need to create an account or sign up before making the purchase. The ticket price shown at the beginning was the same price I paid at the end of the booking process, with no surprises or gimmicks. The only point that could be improved is the explanation of the separate $20 service fee. It appeared unexpectedly during the payment process and was charged separately from the ticket purchase. Because it was processed as a separate transaction, my credit card company flagged it as potentially fraudulent and declined the charge while sending me a fraud alert. This was confusing, especially since the payment for the tickets themselves had already been approved. After a brief phone call with both CheapFareGuru Customer Support and my credit card company, the issue was resolved quickly, and the purchase was completed without any further problems. I received my e-tickets by email within about 30 minutes. Overall, despite the temporary confusion over the separate service fee, my experience was positive, and the booking process was smooth and efficient.
